Pre-requisites:  A candidate who needs to avail this package needs to have completed the CCNP certification or should possess equivalent knowledge. The candidate should have cleared the CCIE written exam in (R&S)  or would intend to clear the same within a span of 6 months.

TIPS Package for Service Provider (SP)

Pre-requisites:  A candidate who needs to avail this package needs to have completed the CCIP certification or should possess equivalent knowledge. The candidate should have cleared the CCIE written exam in (Service provider)  or would intend to clear the same within a span of 6 months

TIPS Package for JNCIP( M /T)

Pre-requisites:  A candidate who needs to avail this package needs to have completed the JNCIS  certification or should possess equivalent knowledge

TIPS Package for JNCIE ( M/T)

Pre-requisites:  A candidate who needs to avail this package needs to have completed the JNCIS & JNCIP certification and  should possess equivalent knowledge

Note: Candidate who have the aptitude and skills but do not possess any of the certifications mentioned above , will be selected by means of technical interview.

2. You will receive notification on your selection and also briefed about the date and location of TIPS Boot Camp to be held in India.
    
3. You will be guided by our highly qualified instructors at the TIPS Boot Camp . The camps will be located at Mumbai, Delhi. and Bangalore.
    
4. Spectrum will pay for your lab exam fee. (for your first attempt only and will not  cover written exam fee ).
    
5. Candidates will be placed on a 2 year work contract with our client in USA, Europe, Middle East or India.
    
6. Your Boot Camp fee will be refunded on completion of 2 year contract.

Terms and Conditions:

• Candidates who qualify for the TIPS program will have to join the  Boot Camp in the stipulated time that will indicated to them.
  
  Spectrum will sponsor candidates' lab exam  fee for the first attempt. This does not cover the written exam fee or subsequent attempts.
   
• Spectrum will decide the locations of the Boot Camps and Exam Centers  in India depending on the response of candidates. The candidates will have to bear the transportation fare and stay  during the camp and exam.
   
• Candidates who prefer to work abroad will have to furnish their passport details in their CV.
   
• On being certified the candidate will be placed in U.S.A, U.K, Middle-East or India based on the location preference mentioned in the CV. Spectrum will decide on the country of placement based on the skills requirement .
   
• The candidate is required to sign the TIPS contract with Spectrum for 2 years. On completion of the 2 year contract, Spectrum will refund the Boot Camp Fees.
